Fall Season Program Details
Age Groups
The MYS Fall 2026 Recreation league will begin the week of September 7 with the first games played on September 12. Each team (U5–U19) has one practice and one game per week.

U5–U10 teams will play in a "House League" (MYS teams only).

U11–U19 teams will play in the National Capital Soccer League – Recreation (NCSL Rec) against local clubs within the Northern VA and Washington D.C. area.

All U6–U10 House League games and the U3–U5 program will be hosted on Saturday mornings or early afternoons on fields near Spring Hill Recreation Center.

Registration and Fees
Players who want to guarantee they return to their team from the Spring 2026 season need to register before August 1 and indicate during the PlayMetrics registration process that they would like to return to their team.
