- Ballmasters I 11/27, 12/4, 12/11, 12/18, 1/8, 1/15 - Rain/Snow make up 1/22
- Ballmasters II 1/29, 2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26, 3/4 - Rain/Snow make up 3/11
Fee: $75 for each 6 week session.
Outdoor Field Location for Session 1 and Session 2 will be Spring Hill #5, the new turf field in front of Spring Hill Recreation Center.
- Sunday, January 29 only, the OUTDOOR Sessions will be held at SH #2, which is behind the Recreation Center.
PSA BallMasters is the only winter program of its kind in the area. It is a must for every serious player. It will be a physically demanding program, moving from one aspect of the game to another throughout the 6 and 8 week program.
The PSA technical staff has designed a curriculum for the complete soccer playing experience that emphasizes superior technique and skills as well as tactical awareness.
PSA BallMasters will provide the best learning environment, social, and competitive training opportunity for players at every level. The sessions will be conducted by what is widely recognized as the finest professional coaching staff in Northern Virginia.
The BallMasters program will be conducted outdoors for our U12 and older players on one of MYS' all weather turf fields.
