Lucas has coached local youth soccer teams in the Northern Virginia area for 12 years. He has been with McLean Premier Soccer for 5 years; including 3 years as an age group coach for the MPS '97B Legend. In May 2004, he was the recipient of the DC United Coach of the Month award. Lucas currently serves as the Head Coach for the Boys Soccer program at Falls Church High School and as an Academy Coach in the VYSA ODP Northern District.

Dave has been a youth soccer coach for 10 years, 8 of those in NCSL divisions 1 through 4. His former teams include South Lakes High School and various teams within New River United Soccer Club and Reston Soccer Association. In the past couple years with McLean Premier Soccer Dave has worked with the '98 Boys and the '01 Boys.
