Lucas has been with McLean Premier Soccer for 3 years as an age group coach for the MPS '97B Legend. He has coached local youth soccer teams in the Northern Virginia area for 10 years. During that time he has served as both a travel and high school coach. In May 2004, he was the recipient of the DC United Coach of the Month award. Lucas currently serves as the Head Coach for the Boys Varsity team at Falls Church High School.
