MPS '00 Hotspur is the U9 developmental player pool for McLean Premier Soccer in McLean, VA.  The pool currently consists of 34 talented young soccer players committed to working hard, improving, and expanding their love of the game.  They are encouraged to develop individual technical ability and confidence on the ball.

McLean Youth Soccer will join the U.S. Soccer Development Academy for the 2009-10 season after the most competitive application process in the young history of the Academy program. With the addition of the five new clubs, eighty total clubs are slated to begin the 2009-10 Academy season.

Joining McLean Youth Soccer in the Academy in 2009-10 will be California Development Academy (Sacramento,Calif.), Houston Dynamo (Houston,Texas), Kansas City Wizards Juniors (Kansas City, Mo.), and NJSA 04 (Holmdel,N.J.).
