Clyde Watson has coached teams to 11 State Cup titles, two Region 1 titles, and a 2007 National Championship (the McLean MPS Freedom). In recognition of his numerous accomplishments, Clyde was named the 2007 Girls National Coach of the Year by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. In addition to his coaching duties, Clyde serves as the MPS Technical Director.

German Peri has an impressive record of success as a player and coach. His teams have won 13 State Cup titles and three Region 1 Championships (the most recent being the 2008 U18B McLean MPS FC). German's high school teams have won multiple State Championships as well.

 Jamil Faryadi is a six-time State Cup champion coach who has also coached at the district level for ODP. Jamil holds an NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, a USSF "B" Coaching License, and a USSF National Youth License.
