The 2011 FIFA Law changes have been published and went into effect on July 1, 2010. You can get a copy of the law changes from the FIFA web site.
For McLean soccer players none of the changes will affect how our games will be played.
Referees will get special training to explain the changes at the next recertification training, which will be held over the winter months.

Referees need to explain their calls to the players so they learn what they did incorrect.
USe of a loud whistle is encouraged to control the game.
The rules for U9 indicate throw ins are allowed a second chance. Remember to tell the offending player what they did wrong before allowing them to try again.
There are no off-side at U9.
