The MYS Premier Soccer technical staff is under the direction of Clyde Watson, Technical Director and Trevor Parker, Assistant Technical Director, and other members of the club's professional coaching staff. These coaches have made great strides in recent years to raise the standards of excellence among the MYS House and Travel programs contributing to the following achievements:
- MYS is ranked the #1 club in Virginia by GotSoccer
- In recent State Cup competition, MYS teams won 4 out of 8 divisions
- The MPS Freedom won the club's first National Championship in Texas for the U16 Girls bracket in 2007.
- Soccer America ranks MYS girls as the 16th ranked club in the nation.
