McLean Commanders, a rising U17 Girls ODSL Travel Soccer Team has openings for motivated and talented players to complete our team roster for the Fall 2010 season. The Commanders play in ODSL and practice twice a week in the Fall and Spring, play indoor in the winter, and participate in four tournaments per year. About half the team plays high school soccer (JV / Varsity). While we love soccer, we also partipate in other sports and activities. We are looking to carry 22 on the roster to accomodate these other activities. The team is coached by Eugene Young. Tryouts are being held at Lewinsville Park Field 2 (1659 Chain Bridge Road in McLean) on Tuesday June 15 and Thursday June 17 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM.
